Winter is here in full force and I can’t say I’m a fan. I’m definitely a warm weather girl so I’m eagerly awaiting spring. But in the meantime, we need that perfect winter coat that will keep us warm at the barn plus it doesn’t hurt for it to have a little style factor, right? Here are my picks.

It has the quilted look which is fabulously equestrian, it’s longer to keep you warm, and that faux fur hood is on point. It comes in navy and is currently on sale!
Asmar Equestrian Popover Jacket
I mean look at it…who wouldn’t want this uber chic jacket! I’m totally in love with the design and that collar/hood is amazing. It is water and wind proof as well. This jacket is a must have for the serious equestrian fashionistas!
Joules Keswick 3 in 1 Jacket
I have a jacket similar to this that I picked up at Dover a couple of years ago, and I couldn’t be more pleased with it. The fleece lining is really warm, and I love the waterproof outer lining. It’s a wonderful barn jacket to have around. It’s also on sale!
Horze Morgan Long Jacket
This jacket just looks warm and a waterproof shell is really a necessity. Winter weather is full of surprises. The longer length provides more coverage whether in the saddle or out.
Noble Outfitters All-Around Jacket
This bright blue is a breath of fresh air during dreary winter. I have this jacket also and love it. The fit is true to size and very flattering. It is made specifically for inclement weather and is easy to move around in.
Goode Rider Tech Down Jacket
This jacket is stylish yet functional. Designed to flatter any body type, you will feel good in it while keeping warm. It’s also a great jacket to travel with it as it will roll easily for packing with less bulk.
Mountain Horse Stanford Jacket
I know several people at my barn who have jackets from Mountain Horse, and they are always super warm. Breathable, waterproof outer shell will you have ready to brave the elements. This jacket also has 6 pockets to stow everything you need. Love the adjustable drawstring at the waist so you can adjust the fit.

I love the full design of this jacket. The bit detailed zippers, the silhouette, and the hood that fits over a riding helmet all come together to form a fabulous winter jacket!
